All of our items are in high-demand and pretty exclusive if we don’t say so ourselves. Unfortunately, that means our order processing can take a little longer than expected. All good things take time but don’t worry, we’re here with you for every step along the way. Our small, hardworking team will work tirelessly to get the Shosai Store collection to you.

Orders can take between 1-5 days to process after purchase.

International Orders are subject to customs clearance which may cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates. 

For duties and taxes, please note it is the customer's responsibility to pay for this upon delivery.

How do I return an item?

We are happy to accept returns on unworn items in their original condition (tags attached and unwashed) within 30 days of the delivery date. Unfortunately, we are not currently offering free returns, customers are solely responsible to pay for the return of items. Please retain a copy of proof of tracked postage purchase.

Please download our returns form and include this in your returned package.

SHOSAI does not offer exchanges. We ask that you return the item for a full refund excluding shipping fees and place a new order for your preferred item(s) at your earliest convenience. 

Product Quality Issue

If you receive your product and it is damaged, you’ve received the wrong item, or something seems to be the fault of the manufacturer, please get in touch with us immediately at so that we can help resolve the issue.


Once our QA team has inspected your return, we will inform you via email if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be refunded automatically to your original method of payment. Please note depending on your bank this may take 10 to 15 business working days.
